This one belongs to a series of paintings begun many years ago entitled ‘Nightgarden’ because that is what I did, I wanted to see what wild flowers would look like painted at night, those paintings were so successful they are now residing with several clients of mine.
Eager to keep the Nightgarden series alive I produced a series of note sketches under the same banner and am working on a series of floral abstract compositions painted at night, outdoors.
